Heather Stenbroten, MSN, RN

Helping people has been the foundation of my career for more than two decades.

My journey in healthcare began early—I started nursing school during my junior year of high school and graduated with my Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree in 2004, the same year I received my high school diploma. Driven by a passion for learning and personal growth, I continued my education and ultimately earned my Master's degree in Nursing.

Throughout my nursing career, I have worked in emergency medicine and the cardiac catheterization lab, where I developed advanced clinical skills, including PICC line placement, ultrasound-guided IV insertion, and critical decision-making in high-pressure situations. These experiences strengthened my commitment to patient care, safety, and delivering exceptional results.

Outside of my clinical career, I have always been passionate about aesthetics and wellness. As a longtime patient and enthusiast of skincare, lasers, neuromodulators, and injectable treatments, I developed a deep appreciation for the confidence that comes from looking and feeling your best.

In 2025, I made the decision to focus on what brings me the most fulfillment—helping others feel confident, refreshed, and empowered. Through Youth Lab Aesthetics & Wellness, I combine my extensive medical background with my passion for aesthetics to provide safe, personalized treatments that enhance your natural beauty rather than change it.

My philosophy is simple: the best aesthetic results are the ones that help you look like the healthiest, most confident version of yourself. I am honored to be part of your journey and look forward to helping you achieve natural, beautiful results that allow your confidence to shine.
